Basil Chrisley

Basil-Sleeping

Katherine Chrisley held  her sweet little girl, Basil, in her arms as she said goodbye on June 11, 2014.  Their close friend, Jerry, and Basil’s two canine companions were at her side during her final moments.

“She was the best co-pilot in life anyone could ever have known – my soulmate, spending 20 of her 21 years with me, living in many places, uncomplaining, always happy. She had been dumped beside my home, hungry, thirsty and frightened so many years ago.She was adored by many and had an army of other spirits waiting for her on the other side. Thank you, Basil, for spending your life with me.”                                         ~Katharine Chrisley, June 2014
